Supported Machines

The VTF is written in ANSI-compliant C++, C, Fortran 77, and Fortran 90 code and should compile on all modern Unix systems. The building of parallel programs requires MPI. Compilation and execution in parallel has been verified on:

• Xeon Linux cluster ALC at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

• Pentium-II Linux cluster ASAP at Caltech
• Opteron Linux cluster SHC at Caltech
