Saturday was a full day of demonstrations of software packages. Some were live, others canned, but all were effective in showing the look, feel, and scope of the packages. There was extensive discussion on maintenance of software, the NeXus standard, and the capabilities of Python for integrating the software packages into a coherent structure for inelastic neutron scattering.
